Las Uvas Condos are sparkling new and breathtakingly beautiful. This is an upscale, yet homey vacation rental option, with only 3 rental units in the building. Never any big crowds!
There are two 3 BR Condos: Las Uvas #2 is on the second floor and Las Uvas #3 is on the third floor. Both are identical in sizeand design and nearly identical in decor. If you want to be closer to the rooftop solarium, #3 would be the best choice. Or, if you prefer easier access to the pool and beach level, #2 is one flight lower.
Las Uvas 3 BR Condos have sliding glass doors in the living area and two bedrooms that open onto the oceanview terrace. In addition there is a large rooftop solarium that is perfect for star gazing in the evening, sunning during the day or enjoy the shade of the palapa and a comfy hammock on a hot afternoon.
The living room has comfy sofa plus recliners, flatscreen cable TV and ocean views. The dining area can seat 8 and the snack bar in the kitchen area has seating for 4. The large kitchen features granite counter tops and all that you need to prepare a full meal or simple snacks.
Two of the three bedrooms are oceanfront with sliding glass doors to the terrace. One bedroom has a private bath; the other two bedrooms share a bath with the bath located in the hall. Oceanfront bedrooms have king beds, the jungle side bedroom has two doubles. In addition there is a double sleep sofa in the living area.
Las Uvas Condos (also known as Mundo Las Uvas), has an ideal central location. The snorkeling right out front is superb; just walk across the quiet residential road to the beach. Plus you can walk 15 minutes to the well-known Chankanaab National Underwater Park (snorkeling, swim with the dolphins, etc.), 5 minutes to Las Uvas Beach (kayaking, glass bottom boats, etc.) and a couple of restaurants. Las Uvas Condos are only a 10-minute drive north to town and within a 10-minute drive south are some of the finest beaches and dive sites on the island!
Las Uvas Condos boasts a huge two-level freshwater swimming pool plus an adjacent man-made "beach" area dotted with tropical palms. Inside you'll find all the comforts of home plus more!
